Who We Are

NextGenEco Services began with a vision to provide young people, especially those from the Black community, with meaningful employment and a pathway to self-sufficiency. Many youth in our community face unique barriers from unemployment and lack of experience to systemic challenges and limited support. Horn Youth Services Kulan was already creating programs to uplift and empower, but we wanted to go a step further. We wanted to create a real-life opportunity for youth to learn, grow, and earn all while contributing positively to the community. At NextGenEco Services, we do far more than clean. We transform homes, businesses, and community spaces while also transforming lives. We are a cleaning company rooted in purpose, powered by youth, and committed to the communities we serve. Owned and operated by Kulan Youth Services, NextGenEco Services is a social enterprise that blends exceptional cleaning standards with a bold social mission: to empower Black youth and other underrepresented communities through real employment, training, and leadership development.
